On February 19th we sent an invitation to visit this blog to the Associations and to some colleagues we thought might be interested in the project.
Little did we suspect what a warm welcome this budding idea would get.
The blog received as many as 120 visits on February 20th itself, and is totalling 428 to date. The visitors came from all corners of our country, for example Comodoro Rivadavia, Tucumán, La Plata, Bariloche, Santa Fe, Corrientes, Buenos Aires, Jujuy, Federal (Entre Rios) , Salta , Ranchillos (Tucuman), different cities in the provinces of Cordoba , Buenos Aires and Santa Fe.
Some of the visitors also took the time to answer the survey on the front page. They come from Misiones, Santa Fe, Río Negro, Santiago del Estero, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires, Tucumán and Chaco.
We see this response as a confirmation of our belief that there are many teachers of English involved with Literature in our country, and that it is necessary to create opportunities for interaction among them.
